Greenhorn Records is proud to announce the signing of two new artists; Dust of Broken Heart and Isopod. These are our first signings since the label's beginning back in 2003 but you can be sure there will be plenty more after this. Expect to see new releases by these artists within the next few months as well as other new artists popping up here and there.

The new compilation we just spent over a year and a half on called "a Greenroom Omnibus No. 1" is now in production and is slated for a July 1st release. This new compilation will feature 12 talented artists including Travelogue, Professor Small, The Promisebook, Saints & Children, Electronic Dreaming, and plenty more.

The Autobahn Electronic Music Festival in Wilmington, Ohio came and went and well indeed. We managed to hand out over 200 copies of the Shoehorn demo to nearly everyone that showed up, including all of the artists. This is more than twice what we handed out last year... next year we'll be aiming for 300.

The new web site updates are in. The new Shoehorn demo was sent in today for production and the new compilation "a Greenroom Omnibus No. 1" will hopefully be doing the same within the next month. My hope is to have it done by the time Autobahn 4 rolls around on March 5th, but we'll see.

Join the new Greenhorn Records street team, if you like (follow the link to the left in the menu) as I am looking to build up a small army of people who are willing to take a few hours once or twice a year to promote the label in return for free goodies. Hopefully a lot of people will respond to this so the music of this label can begin to spread out a little bit, and, I hope, become a little more well known.
