This release was hand-made by Kelson Herr and Tim Lindley for promotional use at Autobahn 2004. Each copy was hand-burned, hand-labeled, and hand-numbered 1-200, but only 100 copies were actually made. This was an early version of what is now called the Shoehorn series.
